Herald Cars

We are one of the oldest Taxi company in UK. We have the least staff turnover in taxi business thus we can claim that most of our drivers know their customers by name and address.
We are improving our service since October-2014 and hope to completely re-evaluate before Christmas and New Year.

They don't bother answering the phone... Don't waste your time ringing

I have been using Herald cars for years as they are fairly close to my home. The drivers are always very pleasant, turn up on time and are in fact usually early. Over the years I have got to know a few of them, they have always been very courteous and I think they offer a good service. I can honestly say I have never been let down by Herald cars and I will continue to use them as in my opinion they also offer very competitive rates.

Best Service ever in Balham . I have been using them for years. They are better than any other cab office in the area. The drivers are very helpful always and are very experienced. The control room will never tell you lame stories of why is the driver being late unlike others who would tell you 5 minutes and the driver takes ages to arrive. Completely satisfied, thumbs up

Rubbish service. Guy who picked up the phone just said I have no cabs until I can't really say and put the phone down. Rude, third world, unprofessional amateurs. Don't use and help me to put them out of business.

Booked a taxi. It didn't turn up. Tracking messagr company sent doesn't work. Used Uber in the end.

Good and on time but confirmation text says 26£ then on the day got a text saying driver is on it’s way and price bumped to 35£ ! Not cool
