The driver was 40min late, didn't have a GPS and kept on asking "how much I was going to give him" after I asked for a discount for the poor service. I was supposed to do 2 trips with him but after hearing him complaining for 10 min, I got out if the car at the first traffic lights after the first journey. Horrible experience.

Woulsnt even give this 1 star. wouldn't ever order from this cab again. ordered a cab for my cousin who can't walk properly, he was at the END of the road, I politely asked him to drive back. He said no, make your cousin come to me, then said to me do I look like your slave, which I believe is not right. Making a formal complaint.

Service is really bad. They told me 30 minutes but I waited 45 minutes and then we called them but they said they cancelled without our permission!

After noticing they've been put under new management, I'm more than happy to say that KOC has improved for the better.
Using them numerous times recently to and from client meetings, the sour taste previously left in my mouth from a past experience is gone. My last few drivers have been nothing but polite & patient and the overall experience has left me a more than happy customer.

I have not used KOC for about 2 years due to their poor service as a local cab company. Recently, I noticed that they are under new management and needing a cab urgently, around 18.00 last Monday, I decided to give them a call.
I quizzed the contoller about the possibilty of being let down. He pleaded that he was part of the new management and that the business had changed..
The cab arrived within 5 minutes as promised. It was clean. The driver was patient as we had difficulty finding the place due to the one way systems in the City.
I was impressed considering the rudeness of previous drivers hence this 3 star review as a possible returning customer.
I will test them again, but they are still on probation.
