A Line Taxis Sutton Ltd

Very poor service. We have used these twice in the last two weeks. The first time we orded a mini bus and they sent a car we had to ring again to get another car and almost missed our train. The second time they never turned up and when you ring to find out where they are you get the answer of he's on his way. Three quarters of a hour later and two more chase calls I gave up and used Pirate Cars who where there when they said and kept in touch with me from my first call until they turned up. Very very poor service Aline do not use people.

Received a text stating the taxi was outside, which it wasn't. Called back and they said they had pressed the 'arrival' button by accident and it would be with us soon.

45 mins later the taxi had still not arrived but when we called to find out where it was we were told the taxi had left as it had been waiting outside for 30mins.

I completely understand if a taxi company is busy, but just say that. Don't try and blame your customers with a complete lie.

Annoyingly Google reviews doesn't let you out a 0 star rating.

Ordered a taxi and got a text to say it had arrived. Taxi wasn’t there so called the office and got told the text had been sent by mistake but the taxi was a couple of minutes away. Still didn’t show up after 20 minutes so called back and they claimed that the taxi had been waiting outside and we never went outside which is absolutely not true. Rude staff on the phone, no taxi ever arrived, bad service all round. Would not recommend.

Longest running and established taxi service in Ashfield. Reliable and friendly service. Wouldn't trust the other taxi services in this place as they have been caught out leaving bad reviews on each others Google reviews to try and tarnish a-line taxi service as they are the best service. In particular the three main rival companies. This is the best company very good rates fast service.

Can never get a taxi booked they always say fully booked every time I’ve rang them. I’m starting to feel like they say that on purpose as I can never get a taxi booked

We got let down by danns taxi at3.15 in morning for our holiday taxi to east mids airport we tried others no look and thank god a line taxi bailed us out great service thank u so much would recommend 😀

Very good reliable turned up on time, very comfortable and Safe journey and reasonably priced. Liked that you could pay on line and kept up-to-date via text when and car would arrive.
