Ali of Harlow Travel picked us up promptly for our airport run and his colleague picked us up upon our return, albeit, very early hours of the morning because our flight had been delayed. We used Harlow Travel, to do a return journey to Gatwick airport. Our driver Ali was very nice and helpful. He text us the evening before our journey to confirm the pick up time and reassure us that he would be with us on time, he arrived very promptly. The taxi itself was very big and comfortable. When we returned from holiday Ali was there waiting for us. Ali made our journey to and from the airport an extension of our holiday experience. Thank you! We will definitely be using you again!
