Angel City Cars Airport Transfers

International Flight scheduled to land at 5:30. Pickup happened at 7 and they charged us 73£ instead of the agreed 47£ because they considered it 1.5 hours waiting. Which is stupid because it isn't a cab drop off... It takes time (minimum 30 minutes) to clear baggage and immigration for international passengers.

Edit: I notice another review that said the service used to be good- same experience here. Haven't had this issue in previous trips but something has gone bad now.

Absolutely excellent service. Booked to take my 90 year old disabled father for the vaccine. Could not have done more to help. Rang me several times to update me. The driver left his number at the reception in case of difficulties as my father could not work his mobile phone. Caring and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I had a nightmare airline/airport experience with a super delayed flight and awful border control queues. I was traveling with my 78 year old father and was really worried we’d be stranded at Luton. The driver from Angel City Cars waited for several hours—late at night—and I am so grateful.

Awful service. Booked a taxi for 00:20. Taxi driver was 40 minutes late as he was "waiting around the corner because he thought our flight was delayed." It was impossible to directly contact the taxi driver. The tracking link provided stated we could pay in cash or card but only cash was possible so we had to stop somewhere in the middle of the night to get cash out. Parking fee is not included so the driver had to stop and get 7£ of coins. The car was about to fall apart and his driving was bordering on dangerous.

Great service. Picked me and two friends up from Gatwick at 3am. Good price, clear communication, and a friendly driver. I'd definitely use again.

Very good service from the driver. He go me to the airport on time and help with the bags to the trolley.
