I called and ordered a taxi and the man who was absolutely rude didn't understand me at first and then said 15 minutes okay. And went outside waiting and guess what I was waiting over half an hour. Gave them a call back he wasn't even talking to me he was talking to his colleague. I told him that I'm still waiting and freezing outside and he had a go with me that I gave him the wrong address 🙈 he send the driver to my dropp off point and he was blaming me on top of everything. After another 15 minutes my taxi finally arrived when I was actually late for work. Worst customer service ever.

I’ve used this taxi company 12 years! Reliable, Friendly Drivers. Good prices & good on time. Don’t use any other taxis in leighton or surrounding I will always call these. Airports good price too

Driver rude,charging more than is correct amount I would normally pay for the same journey and driver had no explanation ,got in the taxi and drove away.Just rude.Not Acceptable.

We used the service for 3 days in a row, twice a day. 5 of the rides were late by more than 5 minutes. The taxis had visibly not been sanitized in a long while. The drivers never knew where they were going, now we're familiar with the surroundings and we're relying on the passenger for guidance.

I booked a taxi the previous evening to arrive at 8am the next day. The taxi arrived 20 minutes early and the driver called me to say he was busy and needed to leave now, I said I would not be ready until 8am. He rang me a further two times to try to hurry me. At 7:53 I was just leaving my house and he drove off. I had to call another taxi company to come ASAP as I was abandoned by Leighton Taxi. Very poor service.

Booked a taxi online using their website……never turned up , so had to call them to get told no booking was received so sent one out, then taxi was more than what was quoted on the website. Wouldn’t recommend this company, need to update their website to reflect prices and make sure bookings are taken.

Terrible service. I had multiple suitcases and the driver didn’t get out of the car to assist in any way. He couldn’t answer a simple question about payment because he was too busy talking on the phone. Just unpleasant.
