Didn’t turn up at booking time for airport pick up. Operator was rude and hung up the phone. They kept saying the driver was 5 minutes away. The driver had the courtesy to call me 40 minutes after the booking time and said he was still 40 minutes away. Had the office been honest I could have made alternative arrangements. Will never use this company again. Completely unreliable and also very rude.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked and paid for taxi which didn’t turn up. Called firm to be put on hold. Money taken and no communication. Just called to ask for refund and compensation for the inconvenience. No compensation and I need to wait 5 working days for a refund. Phone lines terrible…constantly put on hold and cut off. Definitely won’t use again. Very poor customer service and running of business.

Awful cab service. Am 7 months pregnant and pre-booked a taxi with this cab service to take me home after an event to avoid crowds and any trouble getting home. The cab never showed up and when we called them they seemed to have no recollection of our booking despite sending a booking confirmation. This led to a hell of a lot of avoidable stress so save yourself the hassle and don’t bother booking with them.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, would give zero if that was an option…after a very long flight, with young children, was told the driver was 40 minutes away, after knowing what time we were landing as this was pre booked. Then having waited over an hour and a half, with still no driver, was told it could be another 1.5 hour wait…had to make alternate arrangements to try and get home due to how unreliable this company is. Second time it’s happened and having given them the benefit of the doubt the first time, even though it was clearly a made up excuse, will never be using them again and also would never recommend to anyone. Operator very rude, didn’t take any responsibility and left us stranded with two young children.

Absolutely terrible. Booked a taxi for 07:00 and by 07:10 it hadn’t arrived so called to chase it as I was heading to the train station. Operator said that the drivers car had broken down so he won’t be coming. They didn’t have the courtesy to call me and let me know, I was fuming. Luckily I managed to get an Uber and made my train on time but to be honest I just think the story was made up and they forgot about my booking.

I never normally leave a bad review as I always try to be objective and constructive but there service is terrible.
A few days ago I ordered a mini cab for a customer, they told me it would be 15mins, I called after 25mins and got told me cab was on its way but will call to let me know what time it would arrive. The cab never arrived, we had to drop the customer to save the embarrassment. Appalling service.

Disgusting do not use. Was quoted £16 for a 2.3 miles journey. When quoted I said for a 2 mile ride? He said it's 3 miles just checked to confirm before I get sleep. He also said they want card payment only. Very fishy. Maybe they worry if you book it then come to senses It was at 5am so don't need that after the day Ive had. Will never use again. It's a joke. Called abetta cars and it was £8. I recommend them instead.

Two days after the deep snowfall and on a rail strike day they quoted me TWENTY-FOUR pounds to do what would normally be a £5 local journey. I easily found another firm who were able to do the trip for £8! Obviously I'll never try to use Station Cars in the future.
