We have been looking for a good taxi service in the Kew area and this was ideal. Good phone service, nice car, decent rates, polite driver - not alot else you can ask for! Definitely recommend them.

We’ve used Sheen Cars twice now to get the airport and they’ve provided an excellent and very friendly service both times. Not only are they prompt but their cars are clean and comfortable. They provided the car seated we needed for our toddler without issue and were experienced in fitting and adjusting it. They also went above and beyond with little things like helping with getting a trolley at the airport and helping with a green passenger! Would definitely recommend and will use again.

My husband and I have used Sheen Cars & Couriers numerous times for both personal and business travel. They are extremely professional and very reliable. They are always prompt to respond to an inquiry and are very communicative throughout your journey experience. I would highly recommend.

My driver arrived 30 minutes later than the pre-agreed pick up time and I was only informed they were actually en route after chasing up the main office twice by phone.
Got an apology but no reduced goodwill fee was offered for wasting my time which is a shame as it’s such a simple way to show true accountability and helps rectify mistakes.
The driver was pleasant and the service was fine, however I CANNOT rate or recommend a taxi firm that can’t run to time!
Being late is one thing but at least keep people informed. It’s basic courtesy which is crucial in the service industry! I will not use Sheen Cars and Couriers again.

Lovely, comfortable stress free 45 min cab journey to hospital, very friendly driver, we put the world to rights on way. He even pointed me in direction of the wing I had to attend. Thank you
