Never ever have I booked a taxi and it not turned up. Waited 1 hour me and my daughter in maghull. Was told by the lady it would be with us soon. Call cut off when I called back. Not sure what kind of business you are running but it’s not normal. So unprofessional. Don’t waste your time, call another taxi firm.

Phoned a taxi for a 2 mile journey had me waiting an hour for a taxi then wen I phoned again said we avny got any cud of told me an hour ago joke of a service do not use !!!!

Pre booked a taxi 13 hours in advance which still did not turn up causing me to loose a days wage and also buy a new train ticket coming to £200 loss. When calling the firm the lady said she was in the toilet and wasnt helpful at all. God knows what she was doing in the toilet for 13 hours but would not recommend wasting your time or money on this rude company!

Been using Five-0 for years and these are by far the best cab company in the Liverpool area. Drivers always go the extra-mile to help you out. Love this firm and still will love using it in the future

Shocking. £45 on boxing night from Bootle to Maghull. £12 on normal day so doesn't even work out double. Definitely overcharged 👎

I'm sure this isn't a real company. We booked a taxi on their app which said it would be ten minutes. An hour later and still no cab. No-one answers the phone, just a 'witty-ditty' on repeat. If I could rate zero, I would. Don't bother.

Took over 75 mins was told 20-30 mins, there was one member of staff that was rude when I had rang up for updates after 30 mins, taxi driver was sound.

Absolute garbage booked cab 45 mins later no cab and finally a sms apologies no cabs are available amatuer company not reliable comedians all round
