Deuces Cars Guildford Taxis

We booked for Ascot but the taxi firm went bust and gave us Deuces number who were absolutely fabulous and I had to change our pick up time and there was absolutely no issues with this at all. The lady was so lovely and we were very happy with the service x

Arrived on time with very professional conduct to the airport. On our arrival the plane was delayed by 1 hour at 02:00 on a Sunday MORNING and the driver was patient and showed consideration for this. It was a comfortable return home from the airport.

Unfair service from Deuces Cars. Booked Taxi two weeks in advance to/from a local wedding at the weekend. There were 5 of us so we needed a bigger car. Quoted in advance £40 to get there, £55 to get back due to unsocial hours. On the night they charged us £70 to get back home for an 11 minute journey. They said that someone had misquoted us previously. It left us with no choice but to accept, how else would we get home from a village at 0045am?! I can understand that mistakes may happen, but the company should have not made the customer pay for their mistake. I warn other customers from using their pre-booked services. PS. this is the first negative review I have ever written!!

Booked a taxi to get home after my wedding on Saturday. I didn't mention beforehand that it was a wedding or that we were the bride and groom. The driver was absolutely superb. He was polite, friendly, and played us a song that just sealed off the best day of our lives perfectly and has now become 'our song'. He even tried to cover our fare for us. Sorry we didn't get your name but I hope you read this and know that you left a memory we will treasure forever.

Considering I agreed a £58 fee from Shamley Green to Liphook for the fare at 00:30, then changed the taxi to 23:45 earlier in the day, it is completely unacceptable that I was charged £88 for a 16 mile journey, considering another friend who was going from Shamley Green to Clapham was only quoted £100. We had a lovely driver but at these extortionate prices we will not use this company again.

In July, I booked a 10am transfer from Guildford to central London in advance on their website - all appeared to be confirmed with credit card details taken and email confirmation received. Then received an email at 10.30pm the night before stating that they were cancelling my booking because they didn't have a car available. Lucky I saw the email and hadn't gone to bed, they didn't even call! Very stressful given I was travelling with 2 kids with lots of luggage (we live overseas) and left in the lurch at the last minute with no transfer. I called them but they really didn't care. Totally unreliable and unprofessional - I would avoid at all costs. I hate to think how much more stressful it would have been if we'd been going to the airport.

After a lot of late night calling around, I ended up booking with airportshuttles.co.uk who thankfully turned up as expected - on time, no surprises on cost, great car and lovely driver. Phew!

First time using .. Efficient service .. pleasant driver .. however very overpriced for simple airport transfer ...(£15 over normal rates) there are many other operators in Guildford area offering as good a service but a lot more reasonable pricing

Great service - we had booked a taxi for pick up from the coach stop, but the service from London to Guildford was around an hour late. The company arranged a later pick up straight away.
