Like it was not enough that I couldn't get the train to work, but I couldn't find and book a taxi from Bury to my workplace, quite far away.

Spot on the right time the taxi was ready to pick me up from the train station. Just to complete the sparkling clean car, the driver was as all the taxi drivers should be :clean white shirt, friendly and respectful, he drove me in no time to the destination. He even had already completed the receipt in advance, just to help me to avoid wasting any moment.

I called about 10 different taxi companies the night before New Years but all were okay pre booked and I was losing hope. Then VIP called me back apologising for missing my call and booked us in for 12.30 New Years night. He arrived early and we were completely impressed with the experience from start to finish.
