Dial Taxi, Yeovil CAB

Quick response when called and speaking to the operator. Taxi arrives not too long after (5-10min). Very friendly people.
If I have to travel back here, I'll be calling them.

answered the phone ask where to pick me up from then hung up and then when i rang back they answered and said they didn’t have anything, quite useless wouldn’t recommend

From Eastland Rd to Yeovil Junction train station for 10 £ on a weekday at 09:00 while Radio Cabs only charges 6 £.

Although I gave him the postcode, he passed me, then asked me to walk to him down the road. He did not bother to drive back.

At the end of the journey, he added 2£ for picking me up from Eastland rather than Yeovil bus station without any prior notice.

Will never use this service again, do not recommend.

Simply Overpriced and driver was rude..all 5 star reviews are fake ...do not use this taxi service

Dier taxi more like I was shocked at how urde and unwelcome the driver was and in al honesty his driving frightened me as he was speeding and skidding all over the road while it was pouring with rain

Didn’t turn up.

I ordered this cab whilst I was staying in Yeovil on holiday. After 5-10 mins of waiting outside my property, The called to say he didn't see me outside even though I was waiting on the street. The driver failed to locate my location and demanded that I meet him on the main road half a kilometre away or else he will leave. When I eventually found him and tried to explain that my road is in two sections (thought he would know this as a cabbie) he barked at me to enter the cab!

The only reason he gets a two star is because I tried over 10 other firms and he was the only that was available immediately.

Less waiting... Quality service.. Very comfortable person.. I am new to Yeovil and I felt like I knew this person earlier..
