By far the worst taxi firm within Newport. Hardly ever any drivers available and if they were, they were guaranteed to be late! Always had me late for work for my early starts. Don't waste your time - avoid like the plague!! Better off with Dragon, Chow, Capital or anyone else

We'd booked town taxis to puck us up from Cardiff at 12.30am., however due to numerous events in Cardiff the traffic was horrendous & taxi was running late. I then got a phone call from the owner who said that he was off duty but had been to one of the events in Cardiff and was going back to Newport, so he gave us a lift back. Absolute top guy & his mate who did the driving, sorry didn't get your name!!!!

Loveliest taxi people i've every spoken to, the person i spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and the taxi driver (Mo) was very chatty and friendly on the way home. Big up my boy Mo for being one of the soundest people i have every met!!!🙇🏼 Only bad thing was that the price they gave me on the phone was quite a bit less than i actually paid :/

Great taxis, always pick up on time, drivers are always friendly and happy to help you unloading shopping etc unlike other company's I've used in the area that watch you struggle. Wouldn't use any other taxi firm now 10/10

Ordered taxi at 3pm for pick up at 11pm from ed Sheeran concert in Cardiff for my mrs and 2 friends. Town taxi did not show up or neither have called to let us know why.. I have just rang them only to for them to now say that they needed to take card payment before they can dispatch a vehicle. Why didn't they advise that when I called at 3pm to book!!? It's now gone 11pm and Mrs and her friends left stranded in Cardiff and need to get back to newport. Town taxi awful communications and no show what a waste of time will not try to order with again #joke
