Booked 3 taxis with Veezu from and to the same place. First one could not find the address, despite explicit instructions and postcode, it was also late. No receipt provided on request.
Second one late and could not find address, no receipt. Third one was 1 hour early then returned 1 hour 10 mins after the booked time. Receipts finally received after approx. 7 requests.

Unreliable service. Phoned for a taxi and they said they had an issue with the booking system and so they had to reset it and call back. They didn't call back so had to phone again. Booked a taxi and was told 10-15 minutes. After 30 mins I phoned back and told 5-6 minutes more. I then had a call from the taxi driver saying he's just been assigned job and would be 10 minutes. Wonder how long I would have been waiting if I hadn't called back!? Can't fault the taxi driver but clearly issues on the booking side.

My grandma has used this taxi service for years and never had a problem. Today they decided not to bother turning up as she had called for a taxi to take her to an appointment which she ended up missing and still had to pay for it! She called 3 times and was told that the taxi could not find her address which is a load of rubbish as it isnt hard and they had her address on record. Completely useless company, i am absolutely appalled

Honestly disgusting service!!!
We pre booked a 6 seater for last Saturday evening at 7pm to go to a friends leaving party, they quoted us 50 pound and said we had to prepay 30 and the rest would come out after the journey was finished. They sent a 4 seater, and the driver told us another one was on its way so only 3 of us got in. After 30 minutes the others hadn't been picked up so I called the Bristol office and they told me they were sorry but they had no cars??!!! When I said well how do you expect the others to get to the party they hung up on me!!! Just the worst customer service! Weve had no refund and the others had to pay for an uber so effectively we paid double!
Also just to add the driver of our taxi told us she worked in the office and wasn't even a taxi driver and was doing it as a favour???? Surely thats illegal?!

We booked the taxi for a special meal we had watched th taxi drive past the end of our road 3 times. He then cancelled our job. Phoned up and the most unhelpful person told us they are now fully booked. Don’t use I will never use again

This taxi firm have been employed to carry out a school run every day 5 days a week to and from school.
They either turn up late or a few times way to early so child has to wait outside till school opens and not so long ago left a child waiting at school for 2.5 hours after school finished.
Keep getting told no drivers available yet!!!!! Surely if it’s a permanent account, twice a day. 5 days a week then they should have someone ready and available to carry out that booking, it seems the drivers are picking and choosing what to do not the company.
Disgusting I’d all I can say.
If it was up to me I wouldn’t ever use them but it isn’t

We used VCars for years before it turned into Veezu. It was a mostly impeccable service: reliable and reasonably priced. The quotes they provided always matched the final fee.

We have used Veezu twice in the last few weeks and we were very disappointed. On the first occasion, I was told, once I was in the car, that cash payment was preferred and we had to stop at a cash point. I was never told that this would be the case when I booked the service on the phone and had no cash on me.

On the second occasion, we took a car to the airport. On the phone we were quoted £46. When we arrived at the airport the driver told us it was £38. Then, once we had paid and were on our way to departures he followed us to tell us there had been a mistake on the meter and it was actually £49. We were surprised and annoyed by this sudden change. Then it turned out that it was £50 as there's a difference between being picked up from Easton than from the city centre. Again, this was never made clear to us.

We settled the fee and decided we are definitely not going to use this service again in the future.

Taxi was very quick to my pick up address. Quicker than expected. But it wasn't a problem. I had a taxi driver called Abi. What a nice guy! Now, I meet alot of people and think what a nice person. But I can honestly say this guy really was an incredible person. He helped me open my eyes to the future of what's ahead with my children growing up. I could spend 20 minutes writing it all out. But the short story is... he done his job in giving me a lift home but was open to listening to my worries of my children growing up in an terrifying society. Keep close contact with your child. Care and love But most importantly listen to them. Legend of a taxi driver.hope to meet you again Abi
