Really tasty cream tea and good prices. Scones were fresh. Big secluded garden, with lots of old aircraft stuff.

We walked in and straight back out. There was a golliwog doll in the corner which is completely unacceptable and racist. There is also one pictured on the board outside. It felt like we’d been transported back to the 1970s. I found it offensive and I’m white! Please remove them.

They have a racist golliwog on display. Can't believe I saw this in 2022. Says a lot about the attitude of the owners, especially as I'm not the first person here to comment, that they continue to unashamedly display it.

Great place to rest after a hike. Cake was delicious.

Waited ages to get a coffee while on a walk however no one came to serve us. Also racist owners who through it was appropriate to have a golliwog doll on display.

There's a golliwog in this tearoom. As a person of colour, it was very uncomfortable for me to see this. In this day and age, this shouldn't be on display at all. Also standard food, nothing special. A bit smelly too. Just a quick stop after a hike otherwise I wouldn't have stopped.

Quaint little tearoom in the pretty village of Shoreham set in stunning Kent countryside. Had tasty bacon sandwiches in their rustic gardens which also host a Battle of Britain mini museum. Their tea and cakes are good too.

Great place for a stop if walking, very popular with cyclists but everyone socially distanced. Lots of room in the garden. Most importantly good place for a decent coffee, bacon and sausage aandwiches
