Phoned to book in for a (Christmas present) Thai foot massage at 6pm. Told not available. So booked in for 7pm instead. Later get call 6pm now available, due to cancellation, so visit earlier. On arrival woman tells me she only does full body massage, her speciality, and looks bemused that I want just a foot massage, which she said she wasn't skilled at doing. This is despite it being an option on their price list, and her colleague booking me in for exactly that! Blatant underhand upselling. When I repeated that I just wanted a focused foot massage, she suddenly said she could do it. I reminded her that she had just said that she wasn't skilled in foot massage. So asked if anyone else, who was, is available. As there wasn't, and I had no confidence in her, I walked out. This sort of deceit, hassle, and being messed around, is not what you expect when you arrive for a relaxing experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
