This shop is constantly unable to take donations which I understand if their backroom is full but they rarely have signs on the door or windows telling you this so if there are no signs and you don't know they're not taking donations then I hope you're not unfortunate enough to meet the manager like I did. She is downright RUDE and AGGRESSIVE. What a horrible individual. I can take my donation somewhere else but be nice to customers when you refuse it!

There are several other charity shops nearby. Save yourself the bother and donate your stuff to one of these shops where the staff are much more friendly and grateful.

Bought some amazing old CDs in perfect condition, some cute clothes and a load of gorgeous vintage comic books. Would totally recommend, all the staff were friendly and I would rate higher if I could

Closed on Mondays.

Downgraded my review after hearing a disgusting tirade of abuse by the manager in the back room to someone on the phone. Shouting, swearing and other verbal abuse could be heard throughout the shop.

This is not the first time I have experienced this.

Very spacious shop with many great options, very good price and super nice and welcoming atmosphere.
I'm new to the area and I had a limited budget. I was in so much need to have a bit of retail therapy. A very helpful man with a retro looking 70's style was so kind to me and gave lots of ideas of what to buy. it really made my day as I left the shop with way more than I thought I could have and spent less than what I budgeted for. Also very nice music . Well done guys! You have no doubt gained a very loyal and regular customer. Thank you so much !

This charity shop has a great selection of items and very good prices, Sandra - the ginger-haired manager - is always super helpful and very funny too, nice vibe in the shop with Madonna's 80s hits spinning most of the time :))

I fail to understand why anyone would volunteer yet hate their job. One tall guy there serving customers....unbelievably passive aggressive.

I have been to several Oxfam charities and this one is the worst so far. Prices are ridiculous and you can never return an item even though there is a 30 day returns policy! I have seen prices of £30-70, which in my opinion is a lot for a charity.

You are not allowed to return a bag, hat or whatever is over £30 because that is what the manager says, period. I have never had so many unpleasant experiences in any charity.
