Such a great place to get affordable furniture plus unique things. My boyfriend and me just bought our whole furniture for an unfurnished apartment here and are really happy with what we got.
The staff is super nice and helpful and I felt like they went out of their way to help us find everything we needed within our small budget. Lovely people with a big heart :) Thank you so much guys! 💛

We had a satisfying shopping experience here. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. Keep up your energy folks. We made change to our order and they did it happily, no raised brows. Given the number of people they serve everyday and still happily accommodate the changes requested. Thank you!
Happy to used some pre-loved furniture as reuse, recycle is the need of the hour. Happy to have contribute our bit towards a cause and the environment.

I loved this place

I’ve checked out about 20 second hand furniture stores across south london and this was BY FAR the friendliest and most helpful of all the stores

I got some great second hand furniture!

Would definitely recommend!

First of all, the delivery drivers are very much useless and want you to do all the hard labour. They didn’t attempt to even try move out my wardrobe as the space was too “tight”. I had to remove it myself. When I called to complain they told me I had to reschedule even though I wasn’t at fault. The manager didn’t even listen to me as he was constantly talking over me and he kept repeatedly saying well if my drivers said it was unsafe it was unsafe, when that was not the reasoning they gave me. If I could rate this a zero I very much would. It just makes me not to donate to this company again. If I were you I’d suggest other charities such as Emmaus they are so lovely over there. -2/10 wouldn’t recommend the British Heart Foundation.

Usually the staff are very nice and helpful, this afternoon I brought some items into the shop. The young assistant demanded to know what was in the bag. I told her it was electrical items, and new sofa feet. She clearly didn't believe me and said that they didn't take clothes. I always specifically go to this shop with household and electrical items. I opened the bag and showed her. Her customer service skills seriously need a review.

Bought stuff 3 times from them. Drawers, wardrobes and a toaster. They all looked fibe when i bought them. First the drawers kept opening, wardrobe broke as soon as i put clothes in it. That was too years ago. I didnt expect the stuff to be perfect so i was ok with it. But when yesterday i bought a toaster only to go home and realise its not even switching on, then it was clear. They dont even check if the items they sell are fit for sale in general. Never gonna go there again, not even for return

Absolutely dreadful. We organised for a pickup of a sofa bed frame and a single mattress both in very good conditions. When the driver showed up he refused to collect it with an excuse saying that the item was "incomplete". At evidence that it wasn't he then said we should have dismantled it because it couldn't fit it in the lift. We told him that was not true because we got it into the apartment without dismantling it. He then started being very dismissive and left. He just couldn't be bothered to take it. We wasted our time and we also had to take a day off work for this joke, without considering the mess we had in the house with the old sofa and the new one that arrived shortly after. BHF should really pay more attention to its employees. The result of this is that I now have to dispose of a perfectly reusable sofa bed in a hurry and via the council

Embarrassing service. We wanted to donate 2 items, a double ikea sofa bed and a single mattress compatible with the sofa bed (sold separately by ikea). People in charge of collecting it refused the collection over the fact that the should have had two mattresses.
I called the lewisham shop then, to ask what could have been done to still donate the things and they promised they would have been in touch with the driver and called me back. Still aiming since 10 am
