This store always has great findings.
Definitely more upscale items like cashemere sweaters, cotton and wool skirts/pants and the dreamiest dresses. You find Reiss, Marc Jacobs and even Reformation here. Some nicer fast fashion items too.
It does come at a higher cost, as most things are +20£, so it's not a store for people looking for bargains.

Ridiculously overpriced .. and an insult to their donors, verging on exploitation! You can buy cheaper on e-commerce and designer outlet / surplus stores
I’m a resident of Kensington & Chelsea Borough and so I can afford the finer things in life However this is a charity store not Harrods! Sustainable fashion is important but has been around for ages and all charities thrive on this but don’t command unrealistic prices
Also where’s your home wear department as sustainability is a lifestyle choice which covers all areas not just in what we wear …. !! Sort it out
On a positive.. nice and clean and such a wonderful cause .. The Hospice on Clapham Common is magnificent

I disagree with the negative reviews below. Most of the garments are designer and in very good condition and I would say very reasonably priced. It’s a more expensive charity shop but at the end of the day all the money is going to the Hospice for a good cause.

Visited with my mother during our London charity shop tour. Was welcomed by two chaps with " heyyyya guys " sort of greeting. Rather strange as she is 92! A bit too casual welcoming for our age.

Very expensive this charity shop and these sales assistants who work there treat you as if you were going to steal.
went there to see if anything was interesting and no one greeted you, then decided to go try on a coat, the saleswoman came running to the dressing room door, knocking desperately to see what I was doing. then I bumped into a clear glass table and the saleswoman said, don't destroy my store.
Is it because I'm a black man? do I look poor?
I thought it was a charity shop.

£50 Bought a Geox jacket yesterday afternoon. found that over priced and also they dishonesty hidden about the condition of lots tears underneath. didn’t give a receipt intentionally to avoid the return or exchange. Unbelievable bad attitude of the manager.have to make a formal complaint

Really impressed :lovely service from Indie who couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating .Bought 2 gorgeous evening dresses at really reasonable prices. Lovely designer pieces in the shop - this shop is on Kensington high Steet so you are going to get quality items donated . Incredible shop. Will be back 5 stars ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Extremely overpriced for a charity shop! I believe that’s because of the location and to thank their donors by getting the best price for their items. Though, not all customers are from this boujee area. Honestly, some items are priced out as new items in a regular shop. Most people shop at charing shops to protect the environment, to help a good cause, or to simply save money. However, when you see the prices at this store you forget about these ethics and probably end up buying online for half price brand new…Otherwise, friendly staff and well organised shop.
