Octavia Foundation Tooting

They have some great items but the woman serving was quite rude. I was in the queue and she was serving another customer and was rude to her. I could tell she made the customer feel uncomfortable and me too. Very weird lady.
It is a shame as if it was not for her my review would be 5 stars as the other guy who works there was really helpful.

The French shop assistant who works there is racist, judgmental and plain rude! Certainly not fit for a charity!! She embarrasses clients choice and makes comments about them loudly. Avoid!

Love this shop so much! My favourite charity shop in Tooting and always has such good finds :)

Staff are lovely too and really friendly and chatty and even helped me with my art project!

The gentleman who works here was a hero and stopped my mum being pickpocketed. Thank you for looking out for your customers.

Wouldn’t normally leave a negative review but feel compelled to say that the older woman who works in this store is not nice - she asked me to come out of the changing room whilst I was changing so she could take a bowl I was about to buy alongside the skirt I was trying on. She’d obviously seen it on the floor from outside and panicked as she wanted it herself. Her excuse was that it was incorrectly priced and far too cheap but she didn’t offer another price so I could purchase it, instead she rushed into the back room. Really nasty tone and ruined my afternoon!!
