Lazy Collection Drivers - Large unit was booked in to be collected. They arrived and said it looks heavy but were told it came apart for transit. They discussed it in their language then refused it on the grounds that it had a mark on it !! They were just too lazy to take it away ! I have donated many items in the past but I will never donate to them again !

This place is great, good furniture, they pick up for free (so get good stuff!), and the staff have always been lovely to us. Highly recommend

We have always found the staff in the store at Gravesend very helpful and friendly.Went into the store on Saturday, and saw 2 very nicesofas, which we purchased, and was delivered on Tuesday,we had 2 sofas which ask if they would like,as your advert was asking for Sofia and table.Well the van arrived, and driver looked at the sofas and said well if it has no fire labels I do t want them, they took one sofa. brought the sofas in bit and basically said good bye, asked if they were going to put them together, and he said they were easy to put together and left

All my plans went in smoke because of Lazy Drivers. I bought a large wooden display cabinet from British Heart foundation in 2016. To free up some space for my kids we decided now to give it away to the same foundation. We booked in advance and the item requires 4 people to lift, but when the driver and only an assistant came and saw the item. They said straight away that they can't take it because British Heart Foundation new rules say they can't items with glass in it. They just enacted for literally few seconds to discuss with their manager in office. I felt lt really angry as we planned for a whole week to tidy up things in it. It is a complete waste of time.

Such a Time wasters. They have drivers who is just wasting charity money. If have anything for removal please take it to the branch itself not booking with their useless drivers. Please avoid them at any cause.

Terrible charity. Total waste of time. Drivers turned up with no masks and refused to take items. I had spend a lot of getting the items ready. I man from the charity ran me on a Sunday and l gave him full details of my items. He told me the charity would take them. Total lies. Very rude unhelpful manager at the shop when l rang to complain. This charity needs to change its advertising, it's total lies. This charity needs to train it's drivers on how to put on a mask and how to lift heavy items that they are obviously to shy to take. Don't say you will take items if you have no intention of taking. Train your st
