Didn’t have a great experience arranging for some furniture donations to be collected. First of all it took two weeks to arrange for a collection - I had to take the day off work and drive an hour to the house to make sure I was in when the van arrived. Unfortunately nobody turned up.

The collection was rearranged and then the next collection was cancelled as well. When it was rearranged for the third time I requested a time slot so I wouldn’t have to take the whole day off work. This was agreed but unfortunately nobody ended up getting back to me.

Eventually (1 month after my original collection request) the collection van turned up unexpectedly. The man spent 30 seconds looking at the furniture and refused to take it as it wasn’t modern enough. So after spending £20 on petrol, taking the day off work, and wasting five weeks of my life trying to organise a collection I’m in exactly the same position as I was when I started. Unfortunately I doubt I’ll be donating to the British heart foundation again.

First time coming to this store and bought this amazing sideboard for £40 last chance plus £20 delivery and has been a great upcycling project for my home. Only thing I would highly suggest is perhaps mentioning any damage to the items. I didn't notice that the back panel had been damaged until it was delivered. Easy fix but might be worth mentioning initially or giving the customer a call in case they can't fix the problem themselves and are lumbered with a damaged item to get rid of.

Other than that. Wonderful visit and I'll return again. Thank you so much.
