I wanted to donate a couple of furniture to this store. They were supposed to come and collect today but they didn't. I took a day from work just to wait for them but they wasted my time and my furniture because I will have to dispose of them now. Have no more time to give them anywhere else. Very new / black / leather sofa, a huge study desk, a single bed with storage is going to rubbish bin just because of this unresponsible people. I also want to make a legal complain about them but don't know who to call yet. They made me really angry I still have a red face with anger

I come here a lot and I have to say the old manager was horrible . But now the new manger is great she’s very kind and so is her staff. She is very helpful too. Great bargains and great items too.

Always worth a visit. However the guy really tries to dissuade you from asking for delivery ?!? I bought a really good table and bookshelf from here last year. Still standing. Better than flat pack

Love this place. Most times I've gone in I've found really brilliant homeware items and clothes - and amazing prices to go with them! One of my favourite charity shops; quite the hidden gem. :)

I'm so sad it's closing down in a few weeks will have nowhere to look for a bargain. Thanks to Poplar harca housing association everything is getting gentrification they are a discusting organisation only seeking to destroy ppl or summons you to court.

Didn't have a great experience here as the place had a number of issues. Wouldn't recommend sadly.

- About 50-70% of furniture items that were out on the shop floor were already sold.
- Many of the items available were second hand from IKEA, but their price was marked higher than the price of just buying them new.
- Many of the items are in considerable disrepair or even just dirty.
- The staff don't seem to keep punctual opening hours.
