Bought a sofa about two years ago that had water damage from the shop itself
Now purchased a new sofa and asked them to collect the sofa back from us
We put throws over the sofas from the day we bought them so the condition is the same as the day we got them
They came to collect and got them outside on the driveway started putting them in the van and then said were not taking them and left them on the drive and drove away
So now we are stuck with two sofas that we can't get rid of and have new ones coming tomorrow
Unacceptable customer service
Will not shop with them again

Bought a table and had it delivered. It was a great price, quick and easy process and delivered to my home on a Saturday afternoon. Staff helpful and friendly.

Purchased a single bed from British Heart Foundation in Mansfield, it arrived on time today Sat, we have erected it and are over the moon with it's quality. Must also praise the staff we dealt with when we purchased the bed along with the delivery chaps. Everything has been top notch. Many thanks

Potential trap and very rude staff!

Absolutely unpleasant shopping experience at BHF, Mansfield!:(

We bought few items from the shop, in our first bill we were charged 30 quid extra , luckily we checked the bill before leaving the shop, and they returned our money.
The wardrobe we had selected, they didn’t deliver saying that it was broken in transportation, we went to select another wardrobe they had kept entire matching set for us but the cupboard they were trying to sell us for 80 quid had a big crack, so they are not aware of the kind of furniture they sell to the customers!

We bought one mattress which was not of good quality :((, unfortunately we had to return it.

Chest of drawers we bought for 40quid, when we started using, after one week we realised that last two drawers looses its alignment as soon as you put your stuff inside:(

When we visited the shop with our problem for advice what can be done?if that can be fixed?
To my surprise the male paid staff member(?manager) was extremely rude and told us that it was alright when we sold and now it is your problem,he added it’s really frustrating to do return and we will be not be able to serve you in future!!!!

We are the one who were sold faulty stuff and they have the audacity to tell us that we will not be served in future, after cheating us!!
What a shame:((

Arranged for a number of items to be collected. Guys completing the collection called with an ETA and arrived exactly as advised. Both very pleasant and extremely polite. Everything taken as booked..easy no issues

Brilliant furniture shop. Not just a charity shop, the mix of old and new is perfect with a great choice and price range. We found some bargains and some unique items. Loved it.

Plenty of selection. Not found what i'm looking for yet. Price on some items seems very close to retail.
