I would like to congratulate the Manageress on her abilities, she has managed to reach a very high standard of : Rudeness : Poor communication skills : Passing the Buck : upsetting a member of staff, who clearly had learning difficulties.
She ( Michelle is her name ) accused me of being rude, but I was simply complaining about being sold a soiled mattress. I had been led to believe was new. I will never go there again while she is employed there. Kevin Barber .
