The Magic Cottage is a real curiosity shop in the market town of Abergavenny is a large shop full of everything and something for everyone. A huge selection of books, dvds, cd's, toys (huge childrens department), clothes, huge homeware section and lovely quality bric a brac, craft, electrical items, and a whole lot more. Well worth a visit

Extremely rude ‘manager’; extremely high prices - £5 for a used book?! Suspect it will go bust very soon. AVOID!!!!

I had a great experience! I bought 5 DVDs for £1, with plenty of options to choose from, and the lady serving me was very pleasant and quick to serve. The shop is easily found near Morrisons and I highly recommend a visit :) I'll definitely be coming again. Thank you.

I was looking for a table lamp seen one in the magic cottage abergavenny for £10 but the shade was wobbly as the screw was missing to tighten it down in asked if she could do it for 5 and she was very rude I only needed the lamp for party bulb I wont be donating stuff there again totally un proffessional person
