Absolutely fantastic place tiles at great prices and quality and the customer service here is unbelievably good the best i have come across for years thanks lads your a credit to the company !!!

We bought tiles here for a bathroom refurbishment. The staff were really helpful, spending a lot of time helping us choose the right combination of tiles, mosaic and trim. There are extensive displays and a sample area where you can put different combinations together. The tiles arrived promptly and were stored for us until the fitting started. A well managed and professional store.

Ordered on wednesday and paid the full amount for tiles and grout and adhesive and every other things,and left the store,hoping they would deliver the things to us on following tuesday,as they have promised.also booked with the builder to start on the same day.only to receive a call on saturday(5 dayslater), to say that they have not got those tiles at all.
Also when we went to get our money back they said that they have not got the money to give it to us in store and we will have to come back another time,when they have more money in store...
Very unprofessional and careless from day 1.
Never go back again...
