Fantastic customer service from Jay at the Mile Cross branch of Topps Tiles today. Very patient, professional and friendly. He came up with lots of great suggestions which really helped me as I was struggling to make a decision with all the choice of tiles,grout and trim.
Also I was acknowledged and helped straight away by other members of the team on a previous visit so I would highly recommend this branch.

Excellent service. Found the tiles I needed quickly and easily on the website. Had them delivered to store for collection. Had several calls from Tops Tiles to keep me up-to-date with the delivery status. Staff in store were friendly and helpful, while adhering to the social distancing policies in place within the store. Great experience and will definitely use them again.

I was unable to get a door bar in Spain to finish my bathroom so I emailed Topps, Stuart from the Mile Cross branch sorted one out, packaged it and posted it to me on his day off!...it arrived in Spain in perfect condition 4 days later...thank you for your help and top class service....other companies take note...this is how to do business even when the order is small.
