Tile Giant

My whole shopping experience was excellent. From receiving help with samples earlier in the year to ordering and collecting in September, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I had the most contact with Sean who assisted me with purchasing and then returning one box of tiles I didn’t need. (My tiler didn’t waste a single tile!) He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I am also delighted with the ties that I have chosen!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Cass and Jen at the Burnley Tile Giant. We're going a bathroom up at the moment and know nothing about what we need. Cass gave us some excellent help and advice, talked us through everything and made sure we had everything that we needed for the job. Unfortunately due to a miscommunication between myself and the plumber, I needed ceramic tiles and not porcealin tiles but when I went back they were very understanding and offered to exchange them and even gave a small partial refund as the other tiles were cheaper. Didn't need to lift a finger, both members of staff were really helpful and carried the items to the car. Surprisingly strong is Jen, getting those tiles out I found was harder than it looked! Jokes aside, top service, great prices. I will be more than happy to go again when we come to the kitchen.

Tile Giant Burnley. Visited the shop today, bought wall and floor tiles for the bathroom, grout metal trims.The staff were very helpful explaining everything I needed, would definitely advise anyone looking for excellent service and advice to visit the Burnley shop.

Staff are very helpful non pushy and cheerful, I found the tile selection a bit limited - lots of broadly similar styles so maybe not the best shop for inspiration.

They have a notice up saying they won't be beaten on price and regularly check their prices against other suppliers... But a chateau parquet style large format tile was £55 per metre today, and even with an additional 20% off for the Bank Holiday is still more than double the price elsewhere as I found them for £18.99 online with a competitor (and in stock)

As like most tile shops they discount to trade customers its probably worth asking your tiler to get you a quote if it isn't a DIY job.

Selection OK, delivery to store OK. BUT, do not believe them when they say they'll hold your order for however long it takes your tiler to pick up. We ordered and it was clear that we would not be ready for tiles for 2-3 months but we're advised to order to ensure supply. After 4 weeks call from shop basically ordering me to pick up as my order is in their way for Christmas (who buys Christmas tiles!!)? Told them the very nice guy who took my order said they'd hold it but seems he lied. Now have 18 boxes of tiles in my way until tiler ready. Going elsewhere for kitchen, utility and other bathroom.

Visited the Burnley store to source some tiles for a full bathroom installation. The guys at the store were very helpful and helped me decide in the type of tile to suit my needs. Ultimately, this led me to order the Murale grey tile for my bathroom. On finishing the bathroom, I had a couple of boxes left over, which I returned with no issues. Overall, friendly store staff and great customer service.

Amazing service at TGiant Burnley. Extremely helpful and friendly; Cass and Sean on both visits. I never leave reviews, but the unbelievable service made me want to! Learnt a great amount and even gave a demonstration how to use certain equipment etc. Highly recommended, thanks again
