Porcelanosa - Watford

We waited almost 2 hours at the porcelanosa store to be seen by someone (didn't have an appointment) I was on the verge of giving up waiting, felt nobody bothered to give us an update either or acknowledge we were waiting, felt very much ignored.
Then we met Karisha. I can honestly say she was definetly worth every minute of that wait. We were so lucky to be seen by her, the knowledge and expertise she had was uncomparable with anyone we had previosuly seen. As we were renovating the entire house needed tiles and accosies for 4 bathrooms, she patiently went through one by one and pointed out the small small details that we had forgotten.
We ofcourse corrected everything as per Karishas advise, and its one of the best decisions we made in the renovation project.

The tiles were amazing and we asked our tiler to follow Karishas advise... and the picture I have attached of one of the bathrooms with this review will speak for itself.

I had a query on an old toilet seat where the fixing had come away from its housing. It was a long shot to find any details but the agent Monica Szabo did her best to look through the company details but had to conclude that the product was no longer available. She did however ring me back to point out that there was another model which could have the same sized replacement hinges which I am now investigating. Full marks for perseverance

I found the lady who dealt with me to be extremely laconic, not interested in our choice or what we had to say. She was looking at her screen Most of the time. Very very poor service felt like I was being a burden by asking her a question, she rolled her eyes and was most patronising. The gentleman was good and helpful. Monika was rude and unhelpful, I would not buy anything off her she was not interested at all. I tried to be polite and ask about various products and tiles but she was not at all helpful. I have a huge project in Hampstead and will unlikely return and would think hard and long before spending vast sums of money and be felt that one is intruding in the shop assistants busy day. I have limited time but need quality of service. We are highly intelligent and educated people not imbecile’s. I’m a hospital doctor on a busy schedule. I understand about service and people skills. Sadly very very dissatisfied.

Received outstanding customer service from Harpreet Sehmi. Knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. He provided important information about the different tile ranges and he spent time with us as we considered how to proceed. We never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to our requirements was extremely reassuring.

We received exceptional service from Ricky Chang Consultant at the Watford site. He went out of his way to help us with a number of options and followed up with an email of recommendations made at the time of the visit. First class service and we loved the showroom as well, although are likely to have to use the Southampton store for purchases as we live on the Isle of Wight.

Ordered tiles from the Watford branch. Ricky was very, it was much appreciated. The system was down at the time of my visit and Ricky kept me updated. We were expecting a delay as some of the items were out of stock, but they have now arrived early than expected. Just awaiting the delivery.

Fantastic bathroom displays and fabulous tiles for walls and flooring. But their phone service is really not so good, meaning you did to go there. Not cheap, but sometimes they have 40% off sales but still expensive, but if you want that special look, then it's worth it.

After stressful few months and unpleasant experience countless visits to the showroom because they DO Not reply to your emails or return calls with PORCELANOSA, we thought finally we can enjoy our bathrooms but doesn’t end here!!

When you buying from a shop like PORCELANOSA you have a peace of mind and expect that the products and services are good quality because you are paying premium price. Well we got it wrong as we did not get a good service or high quality products as they say.

Well after few days of installing the vanity unit we came across that the clicker waste started to fade and than after one week hand shower started to fade. We did reported to the after sales team regarding this and because we did not hear back, reported to the regional manager. This is what reply we got:

We had a reply from your factory that “ maintenance instructions hasn’t been followed, it’s not the product issue”

Seriously, we are very disappointed with the factory reply and quality products do not fade/limescale within few days and so quickly after just been installed. We have water softener in the house.
