They have to be one of the most helpful people in the trade. Had a problem in our new house with the underfloor heating controller. I spoke with the guys over the phone at first and he advised me about the option as well as letting me know about additional considerations around resistance on the mat / probe. To cut a long story short they spent a lot of time looking and at my documents to ensure I had the right controller and the price was good too!!! For all your tiling and under floor heating supplies look no further than these guys!!!!

Amazing selection of tiles (actually selected from Italian and Spanish manufacturers who they visit in person), very knowledgeable and helpful staff who are full of useful advice. Highly recommended, especially since the displays of many tiles are prepared in-house, (clearly with attention to detail), so the staff can advise on all aspects with experience.

A truly seamless experience from beginning to end. When we walked into their showroom Dave greeted us and asked what we were looking for and then took us round and made suggestions for tiles that met my criteria. We were then provided with full size samples. Once I had made my choice my order was taken and advice again given on grout and trim colours. The tiles were delivered as promised and look wonderful in my new bathroom. Thank you Dave and BC Ceramics.

Well, well... what more can I say for a team that just simply works good and it’s going beyond exceptional customer service. First time I got tiles from there for my downstairs shower/loo I was pleasantly surprised by the help and the extra tile that I was given to finalise my bathroom for free as my builder damaged the last tile.

Second time I went there ( a few weeks ago )for my hallway to get Victorian tiles and with help from Kevin I was sorted. Typically needed a few more extra tiles and David was great in helping me order and get tiles on time if needed.

***Well done to the team in St. Albans BC ceramics for the most brilliant experience that customer can have while dealing directly with them. Highly recommended and the “homely and personal feel” as David put it it’s really understatement for the effort they put in into this amazing customer service. Not to forget the other sales person there as well called Dave who was asking if I needed more help!

New update : 3rd bathroom project
Again went with no hesitation to BC Ceramics St Albans and received amazing welcome and exceptional service. Chosen tiles but received great recommendations from Kevin for the grout which I forgot to order. Glad I did ask him as he choice is what we wanted.

Year and wouldn't go anywhere else. Very friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable.

Shame the tile we chose was discontinued, & even though we only wanted a small amount, they didn't have enough. Better to remove from display? Had to go elsewhere as they don't do 'cream', apparently it's all 'grey'. Still, pleasant staff & a nice selection.

Great shop for tiles, probably too may to choose from. The tiles I needed were not in stock but they were ordered in and ready for collection in a few days. Great advice from very helpful friendly staff. I will definitely be going back for my next tiling project.
