I have been in and out all week, choosing my tiles, ordering them, collecting them, replacing some and collecting other odds and ends I need too. On every visit Adam was more than helpful. With a smile and a cheery chat on every visit he made me feel like a valued customer and I will not hesitate to recommend Topps based on the superb service I received from him

Called in for some tiles. The best customer experience, ever. Asked a gentleman if they had a tile, as per my sample. What happened next was amazing service. He took me to the tiles, asked how much I needed. Then promptly went and got a trolley and put them on for me. Asked if I needed anything else, I said that I needed a strip.. again, he took me to it and placed in on my trolley. The same with the glue and the grouting. It didn't end there... after I paid for it, he then wheeled the trolley to my car and loaded it up. WELL DONE TOPPS TILES.
I had previously been to Wickes and their customer service was a big fat ZERO!
I have now mentioned this experience to at least a dozen people.

Top experience with Topps Tiles! We had to take back a few tiles as they had a few flaws and Adam was great about it. No issues about swapping and he gave us a great deal on the tiles too. He entertained our 18 m old son whilst I picked out more and has been very patient and helpful. We'd definitely return to this store!

Brilliant place to buy the tiles. Adam is excellent man, knows a lot about stuff he's selling. Highly recommend. Ps free parking.

Reasonable parking, and ok displays. Not quite got the tiles I was looking for. All other tile bits available for fitting.

Tops tiles - a great place to get quality tiles, adhesives, grout & sundries/tools.

Great customer service. The guys here really know their stuff. We have bought tiles for our kitchen and bathroom here on separate occasions. The staff went over and above to advise, order things in, etc. It’s not as cheap as online stores but the quality is far better! No broken tiles, chipped tiles, tiles with black bits in (which we experienced years back when we tried ordering online). We won’t go anywhere else now :)

The tiles in the photo are the artisau and the way they glimmer in the afternoon light is really lovely :)

Even though we came right at the end of the day (worst sort of customers) Warren the manager was really helpful and friendly, reassured us we picked the right things online. 10/10.
