Terzetto Stone & Porcelain Tiles

Really great service and quality tiles for our en suite. Martin in the Leamington Spa store is really helpful and assisted us in choosing the right colour/pattern combinations.

We are so pleased, we've come back again for tiles for another bathroom refurb.

We used Terzetto Stone to supply the Madras stone for the ground floor of our renovation (approx 80m2). The staff in the showroom were very friendly and helpful, even when we had to increase our order at the last minute due to some building related issues. The delivery was made on time despite the chaos of the Covid related lockdown and the finished floor looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend Terzetto Stone.

Poor service, good product. £900 order, Terzetto then processed incorrectly, and refused to process and send until additional £6 was paid, despite error being Terzetto's. Delivery then took 22 days despite being told in stock. Apparently unbeknownst to me I had to contact Terzetto's in house couriers to organise, even though I informed the Leamington store delivery needed asap, and I was happy for them to organise. Poor communication, bad attitude, felt like I was doing them a favour the whole time. Don't bother.

We purchased our porcelain floor tiles from Martin, for new kitchen and utility, would highly recommend Terzetto for service, advice and choice, it’s a huge decision making sure you get the floor right, and Martin went through all the ranges, sizes, grout colours etc, and different ways to lay them. Our finished floor looks amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again..

A really well run business. From Martin and others in the showroom to head office (latter who coordinate delivery of products), the service received was first class.

Products are high quality porcelain, I chose Urban White for bath rooms and larger tiles for an open plan kitchen. They look fantastic. Castello Cold also chosen for our WC, which look great alongside the Urban white on the floor.

Only issue I faced was with one of the deliveriesof items being damaged at their warehouse. Even then, Terzetto were upfront about it and flexible in finding solutions - which was really refreshing.

All of my products arrived as requested and Shirley - at Head Office - accommodated each of my requests to call off part of my orders for separate deliveries, fully flexible and worked around my build schedule.

Would highly recommend this company, high quality products and the customer service to match.

Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. The Terzetto team went far above and beyond to help us to source the right tiles for us - both Chris (Knutsford) and Garry spent a huge amount of time to help us understand all the options and went out of their way to ensure that we had the samples we needed.
