Without doubt this companies level of customer care has plummeted over the last few months.

I was always a true advocate of Minoli Tiles, however, not knowing when I’ll get my deliveries has become untenable.

Given a (between 2-7 day lead time) for delivery of (stock tiles) is nothing short of ridiculous.
Not even knowing, or having an idea, even though they want me to fully pay for my order.

These days their delivery drivers seem unhappy, and their sales staff seem embarrassed.

Minoli you need to seriously get back to a (service driven company) before your regular retail clients start sourcing via your competitors.

I must have visited the studio 4 times to view tiles and ask questions. Nothing was too much trouble for Valentino, the rep that helped me. Customer service simply doesn't get any better. Valentino is an an asset to his company and a keeper.

What a beautiful store and product! I found Minoli after searching for wood effect porcelain tiles. Contacted them on Facebook, then called for a Showroom appointment; all professional and helpful. Spent one hour with the store advisors and left with a few sample tiles to show with my tiler. All lovely and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the product itself is really special. Beautiful variety and selection. Can’t wait to make my purchase for the new kitchen and bathroom. I am not a tile expert, or a “fancy” person, but I can say that the quality seemed good, the pricing was really reasonable, and the portfolio is wide. I look forward to making my order!
