I came into the store this week, and I was served by Ange. Just have to say that she was an absolute delight! Very, very helpful and knew exactly what I needed, service with a smile and such a friendly member of staff!

Went in today, 7:30am, Angie could not have been more helpful. Needed two packs of tiles to finish a job, and although they didn't have them in stock in Worcester, she called round other branches, and through the power of Batch Code Bingo, we found enough of the same batch in the Cheltenham store. Massive thanks to Angie and the team!
