I have purchased tiles for a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a patio. Mark the manager is excellent - he consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. He responds immediately to any questions, is very personable and unbelievably helpful. Re the products - I can't fault them - there is great choice and although you may pay slightly extra, it is well worth the money. Purchasing cheaper is just a false economy as you pay more in the long run. Wholeheartedly recommend the Wimbledon branch.

Joshua made my shopping experience here very easy. He had great knowledge of the tiles as well as the products to maintain them. Overall I would shop here again and would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy quality tiles at good prices.

I had very good service from this store and Mark, the store manager. Managed to get my order done over the phone during the COVID process. He gave me excellent service and the price was more competitive than others I had seen online. It was delivered early. There were some breakages but this was not a problem to sort out and the replacements are on their way. Very happy about how well I have been looked after especially in this time of social distancing. Top marks!

Bought black and white Victorian tiles for my front entrance and the team at Tile Giant were amazing. They showed us all the tiles available and discussed all the options available. They even went through the layout which was quite complicated without being rushed. Great help guys we are very impressed with the outcome too. Thank you!

Mark (the manager I think) was super helpful. Initially I called to establish what I needed and he directed me to the tiles online. Then was super helpful again when I went to click and collect. If only more shops had people like him to help! Thanks Mark 👍🏻

Good choice of tiles and products and managed to buy everything I needed when I visited last week. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fantastic customer service. I was choosing tiles for our exterior patio and Charlie could not have been more helpful. He made the whole process so easy and enjoyable by answering all my many questions with good nature and genuine advice. I came away feeling I had accomplished a major task with zero stress, and that is worth a lot for me. Thanks Charlie.

Avoid this shop I was sold the wrong products and told the wrong information. Apparently the manager doesn’t care about his customers! He said this many times I don’t care I don’t care. I have had to rip up my whole floor and start again.
