Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom!
We had the ensuite done by Ceramic Tiles & Bathrooms in March and couldn't wait to get the main bathroom done, which was completed last week.
Matt Nevitt is superb to deal with, he is so friendly, calm and professional. He reacts quickly to emails, questions and phone calls. He always make you feel that you really matter, whatever is important to you as a customer is therefore important to him. The whole process from having the room measured, discussing and choosing the products and design, receiving the CAD drawings and finally placing the order is made extremely easy, comfortable and not at all pressurised.
All the family and staff are very friendly and helpful, it is lovely to deal with real people rather than the larger "faceless" companies.
I think they are very competitive on price, and the quality of the products I have bought is outstanding. We are confident that we have got value for our money!
Our fitters Rob & Chris were amazing. They work quickly, accurately and very tidily. They are friendly and very pleasant to have working in your home.

I'd also just like to say a big thankyou to you and the whole team (and I do mean everyone, it's all too easy to forget about the people working behind the scenes). You have made a daunting task for me so easy. There is no doubt in my mind that having things like this fully project managed from start to finish, by one company, far outweighs any any potential savings that can be made by trying to organise this yourself. Taking the whole package into consideration, rather than just looking at individual figures on a quote, it really is good value for money.
I was also a little hesitant about the value of using higher end products. Obviously not everyone can stretch to a bigger budget (and Matt B was happy to recommend products to fit tighter budgets) but when I go into my new bathrooms now, I look at them with pride, you can really see quality of the products and the quality of the installation.

We are delighted with our bathroom, cloakroom and en-suite, they look lovely. The service from Ceramic Tiles and Bathrooms has been great, it was easy to choose what we wanted and the design, pricing and delivery were spot on.

We are also really pleased with Rob and Chris the fitters, and the electrician. They went out of their way to minimise disturbance and did a great quality job. They were very neat and tidy while working and were friendly and helpful.

This family run business is exceptional in their approach to customer care. They offer support and advice and take time to talk you through options. Customers are free to take samples home and they will order in samples for you to try as well.
We can not praise ceramic tiles and bathrooms enough. They offer you extremely fair prices and they have really looked after us when we had difficulties with workmen.

Very professional,friendly and helpful staff. Plans were drawn up for me, never once felt pressurised into purchasing any item. Once ordered goods were delivered as stated. The quality is superb. Would highly recommend, and most def purchase from this business in the future.

Amazing service from this company. We had our full bathroom refurbished 5 years ago, by Ceramic Tile and Bathrooms, Crewe. 2 weeks ago the bathroom cabinet light failed and the company exchanged and fitted a new cabinet, with no hassle at all. The 2 guys who fitted the new cabinet were very friendly and professional - excellent service - a very happy and loyal customer who will keep recommending this company.
