Tile Giant

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Tom in Romford Tile Giant. He was extremely helpful on my visit to the store and I think he went an extra mile by helping me load the tiles in the car - I visited a few stores recently and none have offered to do this. His customer service felt personal and you can see he takes pride in his work. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again as a customer. Thanks Tom!

Great service in Romford store. Tom helped me order the correct amount of tiles for my new bathroom and explained exactly how the process we will work regarding collecting my tiles and returning them if i had any extra. Thanks Tom

Ricky in particular was extremely helpful. I had been into various competitors and his knowledge but most importantly time spent with me was the reason I purchased. In a climate when we are quick to complain I feel that Ricky’s service, patience, care and understanding warranted a mention. Real asset to the company. This is also echoed through his colleagues, I also spoke to Tom who was another really helpful chap in fact couldn’t do enough to help. The place also has a really nice feel to it when you visit the Romford showroom

I visited tile giant and was served by Zahid. His customer service from start to finish was amazing. The tiles are really good quality and at a very good price too. I even received a phone call checking my home delivery went well. I will be back for other projects.

We tiled our own bathroom and did not have a clue where to start, Ricky at Romford Tile Giant was so helpful in recommending the right grout colours, adhesives, equipment and was very patient with my numerous questions, I cannot recommend the customer service I received at Romford by all the staff high enough. Our apartment bathroom looks a million dollars and the tile quality of tiles we bought from Tile Giant are spectacular (Moonlight white). Overall at brilliant experience and we certainly will be back when we start our 2nd bathroom
