The staff here make any dilemma over complicated and unnecessary. and the fact that its done with a fake smile makes it the more frustrating. Would never recommend the Eltham Branch, with its 'jobs worth' attitude to make their customer feel uncomfortable.. Charlton Branch are accommodating and GENUINILY friendly and helpful.

Good friendly service, although sometimes service times can be slow (that's the downside of making sure every customer receives their complete attention!). Went into the shop and then ordered online - before popping back into the shop to take back some excess tiles and buy some extras / edging. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful each time.

Extremely helpful and amenable. We bought a lot of stuff from them and they couldn't have been more helpful. The return and refund of a big part of our excess order was handled swiftly without any fuss. Topps service.
