Great choice of tiles and they also tend to have a large selection of reduced end of line tiles if you're on a budget. Great customer service too.

My wife and I have been here a couple of times recently, I didn't catch his name, but the man in the showroom was really helpful and sorted us out, the other man in the warehouse taught us a bit of japanese and he helped us load up, glad we went there.

Its taken us ages to find the right tile and we found them at Collinson tiles, the guys in the shop were fantastic and really helped us out and we purchased tiles at a great price

Have nothing but praise for Collinson tiles. Initially when we needed to order tiles at short notice for our two new bathrooms, they were really helpful and sourced the tiles quickly.
They delivered at the agreed time and gave excellent service throughout.
Then a month later when we realised we were short on tiles and urgently needed an additional couple of packs, I rang up and they sourced the tiles for first thing the next day, making sure they were from the same batch we had initially.
They went above and beyond to solve the situation we found ourselves in. A huge thank you to them for giving such excellent service and saving our bacon!

Regarding, question about my review without comment. First of all you will have no details of me as customer as any shopping is done by my wife. Service is good. No issue. Google reviews do not allow for more specific rating. Service is 5 star. Problem is two fold, range/pricing. We needed about 2 square meters of tiles. The few tiles we could go for were to expensive, prices oscillating within £40. Sory but when i pay £20 pound (full price not some promotion) for porcelain tile per square meter then there is no way i allow my partner to pay twice like that. We are not interested is same stuff that can be bought in every major tile shop around the country and as we been told you do not inport some brands anymore. I am from continent so i am used to greater range in shops and better prices due competition. So this is my opinion and rating. 2 stars down due range n prices. Out of my good heart i will rise rating to 4.
