Lovely tiles but appalling service. Unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant staff. I would recommend avoiding the Bristol showroom.

Although we havent puchased the flooring yet but hope to soon. The customer service was great. Bethan was really helpful and knowledgeable and had lots of really useful ideas. Can't wait for the floor to be finished.

Beautiful tiles and really helpful staff. Came in to look for garden porcelain tiles. Really impressed with the product knowledge and the lady couldn't have been more helpful.

Needed to purchase a small amount of tiles to match our existing floor as part of a renovation project, from the outset these guys were super helpful. Asya went out of her way to get our small order delivered to the showroom which sped things up, she also sent us a detailed email about different options of how to seal the tiles correctly including suggestions of products purchased elsewhere rather than just pushing their own. Couldn't fault the customer service and care taken even for our tiny purchase!

We have bought tiles for two bathrooms, both exquisitely beautiful. Love this shop.
