Very enjoyable visit, to my amazement! Spacious, air conditioned shop with products well laid out. Really friendly, un- pushy help. Just the right balance of advice and being left to browse.

Real letdown!! Bought wall tile, received a lot of warped tiles. Wrote to the management to receive a refund for the 1.5 metre square laid tiles that cannot be returned and extra labour to remove their faulty tiles and heard nothing back.

Very helpful staff. Good selection of tiles and accessories. 60 days return policy. Overall good experience at this store.

Great customer service from Abz. Came in with a tile sample trying to match it (bathroom repair) and Abz helped me find the exact thing I needed. Superb!
