Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great selection of tiles at good prices. Had some boxes left over which were refunded in full with no fuss whatsoever. Very pleased with the finish result, as you can see!

Bought a lovely tile range for a new kitchen I have just fitted (The Somerset - please ask to view these if you are fitting a contemporary kitchen - you won't be disappointed!!)

Put simply for the cost and when considering the quality, these were the best I could find after weeks of searching.

The service from the staff was amazing and they even assisted when I needed to return a couple of surplus boxes after finishing the job.

Will definitely be my first port of call when needing tiles and tiling accessories in the future!!

We done a project with Jane last year, I had to pop in to pick something up recently and I totally forgot to do the review. Jane is a fantastic member of staff And so helpful she helped us choose a design and recommended the products we needed. It all looks fantastic so pleased and would definitely buy from Jane again.

I honestly cannot fault this store, every time im in here the staff are spot on, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The young man who works there with glasses (can it remember his name, sorry!) Helps lift items to your car and has s good friendly chat on the way. Jane is always helpful and has excellent product knowledge.

I have used tile giant a few times and always received excellent service. This particular visit I was served by Dan. We only needed 2 tiles for my sons bearded dragons viv. He was so helpful considering we was only spending a small amount in there. He even cut the tiles to fit the size of the viv for us. Such a nice man. We made a donation to help the heroes for his great service. The viv looks amazing! Thank you Dan
