Service was friendly and efficient. Chris was great and went above and beyond to locate the right tyres for me, as they weren't showing in stock. He showed a genuine interest in ensuring that my car was safe, as I explained that I needed to drive to an appointment that afternoon.

I have mounted the kerb this morning and have been concerned with the condition of my tyre the whole day. Luckily i managed to call the branch and was soon seen by Chris within 10 mins of booking as i work on the same road. Chris was professional, courteous and conscientious throughout the whole process and has given me some much-needed peace of mind. Thank you Chris, i will be using this branch for all my wheel-related needs from now on despite me living in Essex. Superb service with high-calibre staff who are experts in their field.

I was treated like a VIP, and rightfully so. I got offered a cup of tea from the private staff kettle; I was supplied with magazines from behind the counter, and was offered the use of En-suite toileting facilities complete with a toilet valet service. A five star establishment, with professional-butler-like staff. My only gripe is a loud noise - coming from the garage area, which kept making me jump, so some wax earplugs for my next visit please.

I booked to have 4 tyres replaced this AM. Was welcomed by Chris and Dontay when I arrived. They were very efficient, professional and provided excellent service. Very pleased with the work they did. 100% recommended. Thanks guys, will definitely be back!

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service. The staff were clearly very busy but couldn't have been more helpful. Some Kwik-fits haven't got the best reputation but I couldn't recommend the enthusiastic team at this branch more. As you can see, the car is happy too!

Really efficient tyre checks and replacement fitting services by Chris and his team on two cars. They were very busy yet managed to resolve my issues within a tight deadline, for which we were very grateful.....I even got a slice of pizza whilst I waited! Thanks again.
