I've had some really bad experiences here. Most recently I came down here and left with them breaking a part in my car and saying it was my fault and then charging me to have it fixed.

What's worse is the repair cost was 3 times the amount of another dealer who fixed it perfectly.

I also found the receptionist Roz really unfriendly and unwelcoming, but that's just my experience.

Had been dealing with Ash Vale branch for several years - Phil I think I was my contact there. Today, I had the misfortune of dealing with Bernice. That has now quickly ended my relationship with these guys. She/He needs to revisit their customer relationship training programme. Bad attitude and no recognition that the customer can always go elsewhere - and indeed I have now done. Bernice.... a happy customer may tell 1 person about their experience. An unhappy one, will tell 10 people. You might want to bear that in mind. So sad. The lack of response to any review also tells you how little these guys care.

Friendly and helpful even though busy, had a sensor malfunction and was losing air in 1 Tyre, I thought the same wheel would be both, but no, sorted a valve that was causing the loss of pressure, so sorted that quickly.

But it was a total surprise when they found it was a rear Tyre with not only the malfunction, but no sensor at all, they reckon it was broken off and never replaced way before I got it, will be going back when I finally get hold of one, hopefully Ford will get some soon.

Had to bring my car back as the wrong tyre was fitted to my car, not an issue as was partly my fault so I brought it back to get this resolved. The women that served me was friendly enough but the women who I assume is the manager is very unprofessional and unfriendly and also quite rude to the other staff members and about customers when she hung up the phone. I wouldn’t return here purely because of her.

Not sure what's happened to this place, but it appears the new female owner/manager just doesn't give one about customer experience. Rude, totally unprofessional, lack of care for customer satisfaction and only interested in making a quick buck. Please Avoid!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I FELT SCAMMED & GIVEN THE WRONG DIAGNOSTICS. THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS TAKE NOTE TO THE BAD FEEDBACK AND AVOID.

I called up to say my handbrake had gone completely and my handbrake shoes needed replacing. They said they would take a look then could get me booked for the following day

I was not told they would charge me to take a look at my van, they charged me £135. I complained and they said they would give me a discount in the quote. It took them 3 days to provide a quote, not the next day turnover I was told prior to booking in with them.

They finally gave me a ridiculous quote of £745 for parts and labour saying it would take 5.5 hours to do and they’ve given a discounted rate of £15ph. So I was looking at £880 overall going with them after the first charge. This was 1 week before Christmas they were obviously cashing in.

I decided to wait until the new year when my usual garage had time Huber’s in shalford, they did not charge me to look. Guildford tyres told me the handbrake cable had perished but here was nothing wrong with the cable the quadrant had seized up. It cost me £530 to go here and it took them 3.5 hours, a big difference.

So I was basically charged £135 to find out I needed new brake discs as I already knew about the handbrake shoes and they were wrong about the handbrake cable. I appreciate when they looked the shoes fell apart but this would of been an obvious scenario for an experienced mechanic and the situation could have been avoided saving me £135. I’ve learnt to stick with who you know.

I spoke with them over the phone to get some info and make an appointment before I brought my car in. I received good info on the call, and an appointment time for the next day, even though they were obviously busy. Instead of trying to sell me a brand new tyre unnecessarily, they worked out where the puncture was and repaired it on the spot. I was out of there within an hour. I'd go with this business again when I need tyre service, or another service they offer in the future. Great job!
