5 star service booked online best value and got the online voucher for £5 off. Got my Mini in for a pit stop oil service highly recommended.

Dropped in with a faulty tyre valve. Every single member of staff we spoke too were so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely go there for any new tyres.

Very easy to deal with, will definitely use again. New tyres and fitted me in for MOT within 24 hours so couldn't be happier. Well I could, but that would involve a playstation, sofa and drinks machine in the waiting room🤣🤣

I thought I’d give this garage a go again having previously not enjoyed the reception I got. Unfortunately same experience. Asked them to fit some new tyre sensors for a retrofit. Simple job, but told under no circumstances can they fit parts that are not purchased from them. Started telling me off for asking. Always a lecture in this place. Took it to ATS and they did them in under 20 minutes. It’s not all about the big money jobs sometimes it’s about building a relationship with a customers. Il try them again in another few years.

Ordered tyres online on Tuesday, went to have them fitted Friday only to be told the tyres weren't there as they had been sent back.
Nobody had bothered to phone me to let me know or even keep the tyres there so I could get them fitted somewhere else.
40 min drive there for nothing.
No apologies, literally couldn't care less.
Appalling service, would give zero if it was an option.

We've had generally good experience with National but just recently, since the move to being part of Halfords, the service hasn't been as good.

Went in to get two new tyres, which unfortunately weren't available for same day fitting.

Arranged to return two days later where unfortunately the tyres hadn't arrived. Tried again next day and still no tyres. Interestingly, got a slightly different story on what the issue with delivery was.

In the end, I visited a different garage with better availability as the new tyres were needed urgently.

I'd give the benefit of the doubt here as it did seem to be as a result of moving to Halfords system and the guys were apologetic. Just disappointing I wasn't informed sooner that getting the tyres would be problematic and they were unlikely to be delivered to the timescale I was originally told.

They did not have my tyre size bit arranged for next day delivery and fitting
Prompt and efficient. Staff are polite and welcoming

Pre ordered my tyres online, they were ready for me when I arrived and fitted them with no problems.
