Setyres Maidstone

Called into Maidstone with a suspected slow puncture. Left the van with them for 30 mins . Returned and they had fitted the spare on as it was a problem with the wheel. All free of charge. Excellent service. It got us 200 miles home safely.

I had two front tyres fitted two months ago at the Maidstone branch. This afternoon I noticed that one wheel was flat, and tried to fit the spare wheel. I could not get the wheel nuts loose. I had to get a three foot bar and jump on it to release the nuts. Whoever fitted the wheel tightened the bolts with an impact wrench and totally over tightened them. Had I been on the roadside I would not have been able to loosen that wheel. This is BAD!!

I had a Slow Puncture and fearing that I was going to have to pay for the cost of a new Tyre. But Fortunately my Tyre was Repaired which cost a Fraction of the Cost of £24:00p than paying for a New Tyre.

First time I've used them and I was so impressed about the speed and urgency about their wook. Took the car to the dealers and as I speak ordered parts not arrived well over 10 weeks. Tried Setyres after recommendation. Went there on a Tuesday, parts ordered, received a phone call on Friday afternoon if I can bring car in. Excellent service in line with my previous experiences and register visits to do with tyres at the foots Cray branch. I'm glad that the standards are maintained as I moved to Maidstone 6 months ago so this is now my local branch. I went in this morning having been rebuffed from other garages starting they couldn't help only to be told it would be a 40 minute wait. I'm pretty sure I didn't wait that long and even so I was delighted as I needed to conduct some interviews and was able to do that whilst waiting. The issue with my car like probably others was the wheel balancing sure to snowy conditions, which I want sure if before I went in and was beaded for the worst. I was seen to and my problem resolved like it was everyday minor issues, when for me it could have been a big one relying so heavily on my car. Thank you.
