Halfords Autocentre

We needed our car air conditioning topped up and they were efficient, polite, it was done straight away and the cost was reasonable. Good service.
One failing need someone in the front shop as we didn't get noticed before going around the back to find a member of staff.

Went in for two new tyres plus needed tracking. Took slightly longer than expected but kept informed so no problem plus chance to grab coffee instead of working!

Took my VW passat for a diagnostics, even though I didn't need a computer diagnosis the staff were really really good, polite and helpful. , got there 15 min before , they had a look at the car within minutes, even though they couldnt do a lot today , they advised me on a couple off issues on the car.. Thank you so much, I appreciate your help today, I would definitely go back to this garage again for any other works on my car

Worst customer service ever seen at any Halfords. I have been going to Ruislip halfords since 4 years, never had any problem.I have also executive motor club membership. I booked 10 points check at this centre and they recommend few fixes. They had booked me for next day afternoon and ,just before couple of hours of appointment they have called to tell that they can’t do it and postponed to next day morning which I agreed. When I went next day at my appointment time ,they have asked again to come after 2-3 days . It’s just one tyre and 2 bulbs change . Customer service guy at reception is watching football match in mobile while talking to customers.

I rarely review but Halfords Autocentre in Farnham Common deserves 5 stars. An impressively polite, helpful, and efficient service.

Efficiency is their watchword, prices are fair and they are always happy to go the extra mile. Been coming here for years for tires and happy to recommend them fully.

They dont sell part worn tires, so if you want bargain bin rubber you need to go elsewhere. That's only a positive in my book - I'm happy paying for new when the service is done this quickly and efficiently. Plus the added reassurance that the tires are new every time.
