Buying 4 tyre from ,,BlackCircle” and have them done with mobile van,on my driveway.
Change the tyres but not balance on all 4.
So bad experience.

After all this,done a research and find them with very god feedback.
Ring and tell them my essue,and the guy was absolute top man,and call me to fix the problem.
I was today and i haft to admit,are quick and professional all the stuff.
Done balance and trucking with very good price.
Well done / 100% recommend / and next time definitely i will go back to them.

I experienced an extremely poor service from National Tyres in December 2021 of last year. This began with me being the first customer in the garage that day for my annual full vehicle service. Whereby, the staff allowed another customer in before me. This customer had arrived at least a good 20 minutes after me, only to be served first. Although, I protested and explained to the staff that I was first in line. I was completely ignored by the customers service staff. The staff witnessed me arrive before this customer, yet allowed this customer to verbally abuse me whilst standing by and not intervening.

Then, when I paid for a full service for my vehicle, my car continued to display the service required sign on the dashboard of my vehicle. Which showed that my car hadn't been serviced at all.

Whereby, this was confirmed when I had to take my car into another garage for another a unrelated issue. I was informed that my car wasn't and hadn't been serviced and probably didn't even have so much as an oil change.

I think that the service I received was beyond poor and just because I challenged the fact that service centre staff allowed there male customer to que jump, the staff sided with this person and deliberately failed to service my car as a result, but still charged me over £200 for a full service. National tyres either thought that I wouldn't be any the wiser because I'm a woman or this is how they treat the majority of their customers as you wouldn't be any the wiser.

What an absolute joke of a shop, booked an appointment for 11:30am , get there 15 minutes early to be told that it’s first come first serve… and your car will be done by the end of the day. They actually want me to wait 5-6 hours in the waiting room, no apology. Basically made me feel like I was in the wrong and I’m being unreasonable and I should expect to wait all day. After ringing customer service and getting the rudest woman I’ve ever spoken to , she couldn’t see my problem and thought it was acceptable to wait that long. She doesn’t drive so she couldn’t see my problem.

This is a cheap service for a reason.. avoid at all cost. They have no customer service and do not care about anyone.

USE SOMEONE ELSE. Trust me . It would be 0 stars if that was an option

The worst ever experience for not being white person, I left my car at 11.30 just got wheel balancing and until 2.30 pm is not even touched why???? Because I'm an Asian guy

Will never recommend this particular racist branch to anyone

And now I have to wait 3 to 5 working days to get my money back

I have used many different branches of this company over the last 20 years, but I was at this particular branch for the first time. Despite being so busy, I found them to be very welcoming and friendly. My flat tyre was checked within 20 minutes. It was not repairable and I was offered a tyre to replace mine. I decided to book online as it would be cheaper and I'd have more choice of tyres, but still use National Tyres and Autocare. There is a car park at the front, so it is easy to drive in and out.

Took the car in due to a tyre issue, the mechanic took the wheel off then came and explained the problem. It was a sorted on about 30 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was fraud polite. Thank you guys.

Booked in for tyres and tracking took the day off work told me my vans to big to do the tracking but fitted the tyres so now they are going to wear out and have to try and book it in some where else so why book it in poor cuts service
