SBL Mobile Tyres

I had a tyre deflate after hours yesterday (3/9/22) and a guy called Shane came out to help. He was friendly, courteous and efficient, but most importantly, he also pointed out that the damage to my tyre meant the tracking was out of alignment and causing the tyre to rub against something, wearing through the sidewall. I had my dad in the car and we were on side roads, instead of running up the local motorway.
I am also going to Devon next week and in either of these cases, the tyre blowing out could have been catastrophic. I’m very grateful for Shane’s feedback and highly recommend him. He is a superb ambassador for your company and deserves recognition as such.

Got rescued by Liam today - came within an hour and was so helpful & friendly. Fitted a new tyre quickly & efficiently and had us on our way within no time, would definitely recommend. Thanks Liam you legend x

Best service i’ve ever had! highly recommend to anyone needs there tyres looked at! Darren came and changed my 2 tyres and was very efficient, when he was finished he gave me a call and told me its done in about 20 minutes. Also the boss is very polite and they got here quite quick aswell! Thanks SBL

Liam came to replace a tyre on my car today—actually through the RAC— he was brilliant! He phoned me when he was on his way, he did the job quickly and efficiently, and he was cheerful, polite and a pleasure to talk to. I am 100% satisfied with the service!

Came out on less than 24 hours notice, was transparent about charges and tyre options. He could have pulled my eyes out with the price as I was desperate and didn’t have a spare but the fact he didn’t and explained if I waited until the next morning I’d avoid a hefty call out charge, that sits right with me. Almost half the price of kwikfit and Halfords etc. Will use SBL again for as long as I’m in London and will reccomend to anyone that needs their services. Nice lad aswell!

Fantastic and 5 star service, fast service. Even ordered my preferred brand of tires the same day. Liam was wonderful. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely disgraceful service with a bad attitude from the main boss..
My insurance company called them to come sort out my punctured tyre.
They sent someone to fix my tyre, took the lad about an hr to be able to do it, only for him to tell me that he was not able to do it cause he was having trouble it it, turned out he didn't have the "correct tool" (which apparently gets shared between 6 people). Had to wait another few hrs for his "boss" to come sort it out, and past the time frame they gave me. They don't call you to update you, I had to call them to get an update. To top it off, the main boss that an awful attitude towards having delayed me over the time frame they gave me, with excuses that did not add up even through I forked out quite a bit for their services.
How they only have 1 tool for changing a wheel shared across so many people, makes NO SENSE what so ever!

Disgraceful service... if you can even call it a service!

Great service from Steve! Had a very bad puncture that needed addressing so I contacted SBL. They were quick to update me and help during such a cold afternoon. Steve managed to get me on the way in less than 30 minutes. Great service and speed! Thank you
